4.Structure Characteristics
Generally, the trolley heat treat furnace shell is welded by steel plate and section steel, and the electric furnace lining material is ultra light 0.6g/cm3. The energy-saving fire-resistant insulating bricks are built, the interlayer is insulated with aluminum silicate fiber felt, the interlayer between the furnace shell and the furnace lining is filled with expanded stone powder for insulation, and the furnace mouth is made of heavy anti-collision bricks and heavy high aluminum pressure bricks on the trolley surface. Labyrinth refractory materials are used between the electric furnace body and the trolley. The heating elements of this electric furnace are spiral heat generators, which are placed on the wire laying bricks at the furnace side and the trolley masonry. The heating element material is international 0cr25, and the service temperature of the element is 1200 ℃. After that, or use a crane to lift the heated workpiece to the forging equipment for processing.
5.Working mechanism
The furnace for heat treatment system belongs to periodic operation furnace, and the furnace is divided into several control zones. The bottom of the furnace is a movable trolley. Before heating, the trolley is loaded outside the furnace, the heating parts are placed on the special sizing block, and then the trolley is pulled into the furnace by the traction mechanism for heating. After heating, the trolley is pulled out of the furnace by the traction mechanism for unloading.
