The natural gas car bottom furnace is mainly used for quenching, annealing, aging and heat treatment of various mechanical parts such as shell roasting, high chromium, high manganese steel castings, ductile iron, rolls, steel balls, 45 steel, stainless steel, etc.
The requirement and consumption of the natural gas:

Gas pressure before furnace: 0.02-0.07Mpa;
Burner gas consumption: 15m3/h;

3.Applicable working conditions of natural gas furnace
3.1 The altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters.
3.2 The ambient temperature is in the range of 5-40 ℃.
3.3 The monthly average relative humidity in the use area shall not be greater than 90%.
3.4 There is no conductive dust, explosive gas and corrosive gas that can seriously damage metal and insulation around.
3.5 There is no obvious vibration and turbulence.

4.7 Implement the main material standards of furnace body: heat-resistant steel (GB/T8492-87), heat-resistant steel plate (GB4238-92), clay refractory brick (YB/T5106-1993), amorphous refractory (GB4513-84), clay refractory and high alumina refractory castable (YB/T5083-1997);
