It reduces the transfer time of workpieces and improves the performance of products.It can replace the turnover/tilting type trolley heat treatment furnace.The surface damage and impact pit caused by the collision between workpieces are avoided.
The rapid quenching furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, furnace body lifting system, furnace platform, material tray, mobile forklift, etc.
The rapid quenching furnace can be designed and produced into different furnace types such as square, rectangular and circular according to the needs of different users. It can form a whole production line with one furnace and one trolley or multiple furnaces and one trolley.
