3. Features
3.1 The precious metal melting furnace has a small body and high safety.
3.2 The desktop precious metal melting furnace design has small volume, simple operation
and no difficulty.It covers less than half an square meter, set with multiple protection and strong security.
3.3 If any parameter (such as shortage of water, overvoltage,overheating, overcurrent, etc.) fails
to meet the requirements, the small metal melting furnaces will automatically alarm and stop working,
with higher reliability.
3.4 It can work continuously for 24 hours, the temperature can reach 2000 degrees, and one batch can be
melted in about 2 minutes.
3.5 With temperature control and screen display, the temperature can be adjusted freely, and the real-time
temperature can be tracked and displayed.
3.6 The mini induction melting furnace is set with an easy operation panel which includes the following
switches: main switch, temperature display, constant temperature, alarm function, panel switch, current
display, power regulation, start key and stop key.
4.How to operate a metal induction melting furnace
put in the ra w material;
Turn on the power switch of the gold metal induction melting furnace;
Melt for 20 seconds;
Semlting for 2-10 minutes for different metals;
Pouring the metal liquid into the mold;
