1.Features

2.Working Principle
This series of products work in the way of pre vacuumizing atmosphere protection. During operation, the furnace is first vacuumized and then filled with high-purity nitrogen or carburizing atmosphere for protective heating, so as to achieve the purpose of less oxidation heating. Due to the use of mixing fan, the furnace has high uniformity of furnace temperature. The pit type furnace for heat treatment is mainly used for quenching mechanical parts and bright annealing of silicon steel sheets and copper materials. In order to improve production efficiency, users can choose the working mode of one furnace with multiple tanks.
