2. Drying equipment

4. Zinc kettle

7. Inner blow equipment
Guiding rod inner blow is adopted, very clean and smooth
inner pipe surface, liquid zinc inside the pipes are recovered back
to the zinc kettle, high utilization efficiency of zinc, less zinc dust,
and lower blowing noise.
Electro-magnetic absorbing clamping is adopted, this technology
can decrease the damage to the galvanized surface.

10. Passivation equipment
Automatic passivation equipment, the passivation chemical is recycled,

Based on different workshop size, special pipe conveying mode
(vertical or horizontal) is designed.
Automatic bundling equipment can achieve different bundle shapes
(square/hexagon/other shapes), intensity of labor is greatly decreased.
