Industrial Large Power Gas Fired Hot Dip Galvanizing Furnace
1.What is hot dip zinc galvanizing process?
The zinc galvanizing furnace involves a zinc kettle which is to
keep molten zinc liquid. And the parts are kept in the zinc kettle so
as to be galvanized. The zinc kettle is made of special steel material
with low carbon and silicon contents. It is of grade XG08 from Ansteel
which has the strength to overcome the collision of zinc, and can ensure
high temperature.
2. Composition of Hot Dip Zinc Galvanizing Furnace
The hot dip zinc galvanziing furnace is composed of the following parts:
zinc kettle, refractory cover plate, U shape furnace shell, lining, flue,
bottom support, gas burning system, etc.
3.Features
3.1 The refractory cover is convenient to be moved. It has an excellent
heat preservation performance.
3.2 The hot dip galvanzing furnace is designed with 310S stainless
steel column with a diameter of 100mm. It can prevent the zinc kettle
from being deformed by heat.
3.3 The hot dip galvanzing furnace is lined with quality lining material
which has the advantages of good thermal insulation, no thermal
expansion stress, lightweight, easy installation, and maintenance.
3.4 Both sides of the furnace are made of U-shaped support to strengthen
the furnace body.
3.5 The hot dip galvanzing equipment is designed with leak alarm.
3.6 The hot dip galvanzing equipment is equipped with XG-08 zinc kettle.
XG-08 is a professioan steel grade for the hot dip galvanzing process.
