Gravity Casting Induction Copper Melting Furnace
1. General description
The gravity copper casting furnace adopts the two melting pool design and the two induction body structure.
The advantages of this structure are to balance the temperature of the melting pool and all parts of the
furnace to achieve the energy-saving. This induction melting and holding furnace is a continuous type,
and has one melting chamber and one holding chamber separately.
Name: 500kg/h power frequency cored induction casting furnace
Purpose: melting qsn65 ~ 1.0 tin bronze, red copper and brass ingots.

3. Installation
3.1 The copper induction melting furnace foundation provided by the manufacturer is only for users' reference.
3.2 The installation dimension of each equipment shall be checked with the physical object, and the embedded iron
shall be reserved on the foundation drawing.
3.3 Check according to the waterway system, the waterway shall be unobstructed, and all pipe joints shall be free
of leakage.
3.4 Connect the cable of the inductor and check whether the waterway and circuit connection are correct.
3.5 The insulating plate at the opening of the water-cooling jacket of the cooling inductor must be installed to prevent
the water-cooling jacket from forming a closed loop.
3.6 When assembling the iron core, use the adjusting screw of the furnace frame to make it reach the central position.
