1. Application
The rotary melting furnace produced by our company is mainly used for recycling of used materials by re-melting.
The aluminum melting furnace has the advantages of automatic ignition, flame protection and complete combustion.
Our company has the following melting furnaces: rotary metal melting furnace, reverberatory melting furnace,
crucible melting furnace, gas fired aluminum holding furnaces, rotary degassing machine, transfer ladles,

3.Structure Characteristics
The scrap melting furnace is mainly composed of furnace body (steel structure, shell, lining), furnace bottom,
furnace body transmission mechanism, sealing mechanism, combustion device, air pipeline, natural gas pipeline,
temperature control system safety protection system and so on.
4. Temperature control system:
4.1 Adopt practical and economical instrument control system. The intelligent adjusting instrument is the control core.
Furnace temperature control is the core of the control. The furnace has 1 temperature control zone. If the furnace
temperature is overtemperature, the burner flame will change from big fire to small fire. 4.11 Safety protection measures:
In order to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and avoid the adverse impact of various accidents on the
operation of the equipment, the furnace is designed with a full range of alarm and protection measures, complete
and perfect functions.
Multiple systems for the melting furnace for aluminum, including natural gas, combustion air, mechanical transmission, furnace pressure,
combustion process, chain protection, alarm and other functions to ensure the furnace safety.
4.2 Key technologies and design points
Combustion mode: the use of high speed temperature control burner double pulse combustion technology, by adjusting
the burner duty ratio to control the furnace temperature. This technology has become increasingly mature in recent years,
because of its high temperature control precision, stable and reliable. It has gradually replaced the continuous online control
combustion temperature control mode. The high speed air flow from the high speed burner disturbs the workpiece violently
in the furnace, which strengthens the convective heat transfer in the furnace, and ensures the furnace temperature to be
more uniform with the zone temperature control system. The burner of the aluminum scrap melting furnace
is equipped with burner controller, connected with intelligent temperature control meter through the interface, with
automatic ignition, small and small fire control, flame monitoring and flameout protection function.
