Loading table of normalizing furnace: it is designed at front of charging door. Several pieces of cylinders are placed at loading table, waiting for transfer inside of furnace chamber, thus to ensure the production line automatically running. Rated Temperature: ≤950℃ Effective dimension of working zone: 4500×1800×350mm Effective working station in side furnace chamber: 15 pcs Temperature Uniformity: ±10℃ Burner capacity: 1092000Kcal/h Burner type: gas,diesel dual medium burner; Heating Zone: 3 zones (one pre-heating zone, 1 zones for heating, and 1 zone for soaking), temperature of each zone is separately controlled. Transfer device: hydraulic driving device drive the lifting beam to move; with walking beam moving in square route, cylinders are forward transferred to discharging door one by one; transfer deviation tolerance: ≤40mm Furnace hearth bottom sealing method: adopts solid sealing method. Walking beam moving cycle for standard cylinder: 160s/cycle, cycle speed can be regulated. Other cylinder can be produced according to its relative thickness,and its working cycle will be adjusted. Charge/discharge method: end in & end out Anti-explosion device is located at top of furnace roof; for easy maintenance and for easy clearance, access door is designed at side of furnace wall. The hydraulic device pushes two walking beam to transfer cylinders from one station to next station, during transmission, slide moving tolerance shall be within ≤40mm. bottom of furnace hearth adopt solid sealing method. (Tightly pressed by clasping device.) Burner is firmly installed at side of furnace walk. Flame can be adjusted. To avoid flame is directly heated to the cylinder; short flame can be fired in the burner brick hole. Surface temperature of furnace wall: ≤40℃.

3. Structure of Furnace
This walking beam type furnace is installed in one line. Shell and framework are made of steel plate and formed steel. Furnace body is supported in a certain height by column and rack, so that furnace can run in stable and reliable condition, shell is made of A3,δ4mm steel plates which are welded with furnace channel steel.
Furnace lining: to ensure temperature is rising rapidly, save energy, and increase temperature control accuracy, the furnace adopts full fiber structure. Those fiber blocks are mounted along with furnace wall by stainless steel anchor; to prolong service life of lining, after fiber blocks are fixed with furnace wall, one layer of 1Cr13 δ2mm stainless steel sheet is coated at surface of fiber, this kind of structure has more than 8 years of service life.
Equipment configuration: it consists of hardening furnace, tempering furnace, quenching tank, loading table, unloading table, combustion system, exhausting system, and electrical control system.
