The application range of this box type furnace / oven is extremely wide. It is
a drying equipment for electronic components with antioxidant requirements, medical equipment,
semiconductors, LED, optics, college experiments, medicine and other
industries, which require drying, curing, aging, constant temperature, experiment, etc.!
The temperature control device adopts digital display temperature control, which is eye-catching and
equipped with reliable protection devices. It has a unique door seal water cooling function, the box body
is fully enclosed, and the air entering the studio passes through the product for heat
exchange. This product is also equipped with a unique nitrogen protection system! It makes the product
less likely to oxidize at high temperatures.
The oven body is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate. 100K grade aluminum silicate fiber is filled
between the shell and the studio, which has good thermal insulation and heat insulation performance.
Reasonable wind flow design makes the temperature in the box uniform. The heating element is placed
in the air duct inside the box and can be placed at the bottom. The temperature control adopts digital
display intelligent instrument PID adjustment, automatic temperature control, and constant temperature.
The operation is simple and convenient, and the forced air drying oven is also equipped with
over-temperature, leakage time control, alarm and other devices. The air circulation drying oven is
an ideal product that saves time, effort and energy.
