Electrical Combined oven for multiple cooking functions
1.Working principle of Combined oven
A combined oven usually integrates multiple working principles. It may use electric
heating elements to generate heat for baking and roasting through radiation and
convection, where the heating elements convert electrical energy into heat and the
fan circulates the hot air to ensure even heat distribution. For steaming, it has a water
reservoir that is heated to produce steam, which cooks the food by transferring heat
through condensation on the food surface. Some combined ovens may also have a
microwave function, using microwave radiation to agitate water molecules in the food,
generating heat from within the food to achieve fast heating and cooking.

Timing device: | HS48S-99.99 timing device can be switched on and off manually or automatically. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the timing starts. When the time reaches the set range, the heating power is cut off. A buzzer alarm is sounded. |

Prevent the main temperature control of the equipment from failing, causing the temperature to continue to rise. When the secondary protection setting value is reached, the heating is cut off and an audible and visual alarm is issued. |
