Electrical Motor coil oven used to bake, dry, and impregnate motor coils
1.Working principle of motor coil oven
A motor coil oven operates on the principle of using heating elements, such as electric heaters or infrared emitters, to generate heat. This heat is then transferred to the motor
coils through conduction and convection. The oven is equipped with an air circulation
system to ensure uniform heat distribution, and a temperature control system is in place
to precisely maintain the set temperature. This enables the motor coils to be heated evenly
to the required temperature for processes like baking to improve insulation, drying to
remove moisture, or impregnation to enhance performance and durability.
