3.Features

The whole furnace is specially designed to meet the heat treatment quality of workpieces and improve the user's operation and

flexibility. It has the characteristics of adjustable mesh belt speed , automatic circulation of cooling water and cleaning water ,

automatic control of atmosphere in the quenching furnace and prevention of environmental pollution.

High-quality heating system, control device and reasonable furnace design ensure uniform temperature of quenching furnace

and tempering furnace. Reasonable furnace structure design and atmosphere automatic control system ensure uniform

atmosphere in quenching furnace.

The carbon potential in the quenching conveyor belt furnace is controlled by an oxygen probe and a carbon control meter.

The PLC monitors

and accurately controls the transmission time of the mesh belts of the quenching and tempering furnaces in real time to ensure

the heat treatment time and quality of the workpiece .

Quenching oil temperature range is automatically controlled at 70-90 ℃, and the inlet temperature of the cooling oil should be

below 80 ℃ . The quenching tank is equipped with a circulating stirring and cooling device to ensure the circulation performance

of the water.

The quenching furnace adopts upper and lower double-row rollers for synchronous transmission, so that the mesh belt is

subjected to minimum tension during operation and has a long service life.

The supporting rollers at both ends of the quenching furnace are supported by special high-temperature resistant large-clearance

bearings.

Reasonable furnace structure design can effectively save the consumption of protective atmosphere and reduce the temperature

of the furnace wall. The wall temperature of the quenching furnace is ≤ 50 ℃ + room temperature, and the wall temperature of

the tempering furnace is ≤ 40 ℃ + room temperature.

There are two flame curtains in the preheating area of the furnace to prevent the loss of protective atmosphere in the furnace,

reduce the amount of methanol used and lower production costs.

There is an automatic alarm device on the control cabinet , the transmission system is interlocked and alarms, the temperature

control device has over-temperature and low-temperature sound and light alarms, and the transmission system has transmission

abnormality sound and light alarms.

In order to save energy for the buyer, the quenching furnace lining insulation materials are all imported products. The seller has

made many improvements in the design and production of the insulation layer, which can fully save energy and reduce the

consumption of atmosphere in the furnace. The quenching furnace wall insulation thickness is 390mm, and the furnace is

built with Japanese ISOLITE fiber blanket, fiberboard, thermal insulation bricks and anti-carburization bricks.

The seller has designed three sets of observation holes on the rear wall panel at the discharge end of the quenching furnace.

When the equipment is working normally, the operating status of the workpieces in the furnace and whether the mesh belt is

centered can be observed.

The continuous mesh belt heat treatment furnace is equipped with manual, automatic and manual-automatic (optional).

To ensure the accuracy of the temperature in the quenching furnace and tempering furnace, the equipment thermocouples

are all made in Taiwan (K-type thermocouples).

The carburizing furnace hopper is designed with a set of circulating stirring pipelines 50mm below the liquid surface to draw

the cold oil far away in the quenching tank to the drop port, which can reduce the formation of oil smoke and the aging of

quenching oil. In addition, the seller's quenching furnace drop hopper adopts a special design, which can greatly reduce the

generation of oil smoke.

The wall panels of the quenching furnace and tempering furnace are made of 6mm steel plates bent and welded. After the

welding of the quenching furnace is completed, the seller uses kerosene for leakage detection, which can effectively prevent

equipment leakage caused by poor furnace body welding.

Since the radiation tube is a good conductor of heat, the larger the diameter of the radiation tube, the more heat it will lose,

which will have a great impact on the service life of the furnace wall, causing the furnace wall temperature to be too high and

the increase in electricity consumption. In order to reduce the heat loss at the radiation tube, the diameters of the radiation

tubes used by the seller for the quenching furnace and tempering furnace are Φ 94mm and Φ 89mm respectively.

In order to increase the service life of the elevator conveyor chain, the cleaning machine and cooling tank use 3-inch

conveyor chains.

The heating of the quenching furnace and the tempering furnace are both controlled by thyristor modules and power

controllers.

The temperature control meters on the control cabinet are all Taiwan Delta products and can be used when power generation

is in progress. An interface for measuring the atmosphere inside the furnace is reserved on the quenching furnace, and the

seller measures the atmosphere inside the furnace.
